Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

Most eSIMNum plans are data-only, meaning they do not include a phone number. Because of this, traditional voice calls and SMS cannot be made directly through eSIM.

However, you can stay connected easily using apps that rely on data—such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram, iMessage, Messenger, or any VoIP calling app. As long as your device has an active data connection through eSIMNum, these apps will continue to work normally.

Using your primary number

If you need to receive regular calls or SMS:

• Your primary physical SIM (or another eSIM) can still stay active
• Your device must support Dual SIM (DSDS)
• You can continue to receive incoming SMS, verification codes, and phone calls on your primary number while using eSIMNum for data

WhatsApp registration

• eSIMNum cannot receive WhatsApp verification SMS or calls
• Please register WhatsApp using your primary SIM or another active phone number
• After registration, you can switch to eSIMNum for data without affecting your WhatsApp account
• Your WhatsApp number remains the same even when using eSIMNum for internet access
