How can we help you today?

General

1. Confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier unlocked.

2. Choose and purchase your desired eSIM plan.

3. Follow the installation guide to download.

4. Follow the prompts to complete setup and you're ready to use!

Choose a suitable eSIM plan based on your specific needs, such as travel destination, duration of use, and data requirements.

1. To check if your phone is carrier locked: Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock.

2. If it shows "No SIM restrictions", your phone is not carrier locked.

3. You can also check our eSIM compatible devices list for more details.

To check if your laptop supports eSIM, follow these steps:

Go to "Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Cellular"

You can see if your laptop supports eSIM on this page.

1. If you're traveling to a single country or region, choosing a single region plan is more suitable.

2. If you plan to visit multiple countries within one continent, we recommend a regional plan. Before purchasing, ensure the plan covers the countries you need.

3. If you're traveling to countries across multiple continents, a global plan would be an excellent choice.

Currently only data service is supported.

We recommend installing your eSIM on the day of departure so you can connect to the network immediately upon arrival at your destination. The activation process requires internet connection, so please ensure you have stable network service during activation.

Managing eSIM

1. Use your phone's camera to scan the QR code.

2. Follow the installation guide:

- Select existing label

- Choose options for "Default Number" and "iMessage & FaceTime", then click [Continue]

- Select "Cellular Data" option as "eSIM", then click [Done]

The installation process typically takes about 2 minutes. Please ensure stable network connection throughout the installation process.

1. Open phone Settings > Cellular > tap "Add Cellular Plan".

2. Select "Add eSIM", then choose "Enter Details Manually".

3. Enter the provided "SM-DP+ address" and "activation code", then follow the installation process:

- Select existing label

- Choose options for "Default Number" and "iMessage & FaceTime", then click [Continue]

- Select "Cellular Data" option as "eSIM", then click [Done]

The installation process typically takes about 2 minutes. Please ensure stable network connection throughout the installation process.

For Samsung phones:

1. Go to Settings and tap "Connections".

2. Select "SIM card manager", then choose "Add mobile plan".

3. Select "Enter activation code" and input the long activation code.

For Pixel phones:

1. Go to Settings and tap "Network & internet".

2. Select "Mobile network" or "+", then choose "Add more".

3. Tap "Download a SIM instead?" and follow the prompts, then select "Need help?" > "Enter it manually" and input the long activation code.

The installation process typically takes about 2 minutes. Please ensure stable internet connection throughout the installation process.

If you've purchased and installed an eSIM plan that supports calls and SMS, you can find your eSIM number by following these steps:

- iPhone: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Default Voice Line" and view the eSIM number.

- Android: Go to "Settings" > "Network" > "SIM Manager", then view the eSIM number.

Once activated, it cannot be transferred to another device.

Troubleshooting

You need to confirm the following:

1. Confirm you've arrived at your destination.

2. Ensure you've selected eSIM as your cellular data option.

3. Turn on data roaming for your eSIM.

4. Try turning airplane mode on and off to see if the signal improves.

If all steps above are correct, go to "Cellular Network Settings", turn off automatic network selection, and manually select different networks, then try accessing the internet again.

Data usage is not measured in real-time, you may have used up all your data.

To get accurate data usage information, go to System Settings > Cellular to check your data consumption.

For iPhone:

Open the order "Details" to view the QR code. Use your phone to scan the QR code to download again.

For Android phones:

Open the order "Details". Enter the code in eSIM settings for reinstallation.

1. If needed, set up the APN according to the information on your eSIM installation page (all lowercase and as one word).

2. Check if your eSIM has remaining data: this error may occur if you attempt to connect without remaining data.

3. Confirm you're connected to a supported network as suggested on the eSIM installation page.

4. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Restart device. Resetting network settings will reset existing WiFi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings.

5. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

This error typically occurs when users change locations, especially when moving from areas with good network coverage to more remote locations.

Connection difficulties and "Network Lost" errors may appear when iPhone isn't set to automatically switch networks.

Follow these simple steps to resolve:

1. Open "Settings" on your iPhone.

2. Tap "Cellular".

3. Tap "Network Selection".

4. Turn on "Automatic" option.
