How do I solve error messages during eSIMNum activation?
You may see an error message during activation for a few common reasons. Here are the key things to check:
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection Activation requires a reliable mobile network or Wi-Fi. If the connection drops, the installation may fail.
- Check that your device has an available eSIM slot Most devices support multiple eSIM profiles, but there is still a limit. If all eSIM slots are already used, new activations may return an error.
- Confirm the eSIM hasn’t been installed before eSIMs can only be activated once. If the eSIM was previously installed — even briefly — it cannot be reused or transferred to another device.
