How do I solve error messages during eSIMNum activation?

You may see an error message during activation for a few common reasons. Here are the key things to check:

  1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection Activation requires a reliable mobile network or Wi-Fi. If the connection drops, the installation may fail.
  2. Check that your device has an available eSIM slot Most devices support multiple eSIM profiles, but there is still a limit. If all eSIM slots are already used, new activations may return an error.
  3. Confirm the eSIM hasn’t been installed before eSIMs can only be activated once. If the eSIM was previously installed — even briefly — it cannot be reused or transferred to another device.
