1. General
All eSIM purchases are charged at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device is carrier-unlocked, supports eSIM functionality, and is compatible with the Service. Compatibility may vary depending on carrier and country of origin and must be verified prior to purchase. A stable internet connection, a compatible eSIM device, and one or more valid payment methods are required. You are solely responsible for the activation, installation, and provisioning of the eSIM. EsimNum disclaims all liability for activation failures, device restrictions, provisioning errors, or issues arising from unsupported devices.
2. Unused Data
Plans with fixed or daily data allowances do not permit the carryover of unused data. Unused data is non-refundable, except in cases explicitly covered under this Refund Policy for service failures.
3. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if the Service cannot be activated or used normally due to a verifiable technical issue on the part of the Company or its network partners. To be eligible:
- You must submit your request within 30 days of the purchase date.
- You must contact our customer support team to report the issue before the end of the plan’s validity period.
- You must cooperate with our support team in good faith, providing screenshots of device settings, error messages, or other relevant evidence as requested. Failure to cooperate may result in ineligibility for a refund.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Device Incompatibility or Lock Status: Your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked. It is your responsibility to verify this before purchase.
- Accidental Purchases: Once an eSIM is activated or the QR code generated, it is considered used.
- Incorrect Plan Purchase or Change of Mind: You purchased the wrong plan or no longer require the eSIM.
- Service Not Used: You fail to use the eSIM during its validity period.
- Secondary Charges: The Company is not liable for fees or charges from other services, devices, or suppliers in the event the Service does not function as expected.
5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Purchases
The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, violation of this Agreement, or fraudulent behavior. If you suspect unauthorized purchases, notify us immediately. We may suspend accounts involved in suspected fraud during investigation.
6. Incorrect Charges
Disputes regarding charges must be submitted in writing within 10 days of the charge, including the order number and a detailed explanation. We will investigate and our decision on refund eligibility is final.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support team at support@esimnum.com. Requests are processed case by case. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as account credit, at our discretion.
8. Refunds, Renewals, and Cancellations
Direct Purchases: For purchases made through our website or approved payment methods outside of app stores, all sales are final once the eSIM is provisioned. Refunds, cancellations, or monetary claims are handled exclusively by EsimNum.
Mobile Platforms: Refunds for purchases via Apple or Google app stores are governed solely by the platform’s refund policy.
Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term; prorated refunds are not available.
- Free trial users must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial access ends immediately upon cancellation; no subsequent refunds will be issued.
- Refunds for the current billing cycle are not available unless required by local consumer protection laws.
- Subscription price increases will be notified in advance. Continued use after the increase constitutes acceptance.
9. Registration and Activation
To use certain features, you may be required to register and provide accurate information (name, email, mobile number). You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and immediately notifying EsimNum of unauthorized access.
By registering, you consent to receive service-related communications. Personal data is processed according to applicable data protection laws and the EsimNum Privacy Policy. Notices sent to the last provided contact information are considered valid.
Post-purchase, you must download, install, and activate the eSIM on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device with a stable internet connection.
