Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans

If the eSIM has not been installed and the Data Plan has not been activated, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds for Activated or Partially Used Data Plans

Once an eSIM has been installed or a Data Plan has been activated, it is considered used. In such cases, a full refund cannot be guaranteed.

However, a full or partial refund may be considered under certain circumstances, including:

  • You were unable to use the service due to a technical issue related to eSIMNum.
  • The Data Plan was activated, but little or no data was consumed.

Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the specific circumstances and usage status of the eSIM and Data Plan.
