Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans

If a Data Plan has not been activated, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds for Activated or Partially Used Data Plans

For fixed or daily data plans, once activated, a full refund cannot be guaranteed. A full or partial refund may still be considered if you were unable to use the service due to a technical issue related to eSIMNum, or if little or no data was consumed. Each request is reviewed individually.

Refunds for Unlimited GB Plans

Unlimited GB plans may be refunded before activation. Once the plan is activated, it is non-refundable, regardless of any remaining data or validity period. If a verified technical issue prevents the plan from working properly, our support team may provide troubleshooting assistance or a replacement, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
