Why is my eSIMNum plan not reflected on the device?

Why is my eSIMNum plan not reflected on the device?

Sometimes your eSIMNum plan may not appear the way you expect on your device. This usually happens for a few common reasons:

  • The eSIM shows up under a different label iOS and Android often assign default labels such as “Personal,” “Secondary,” “Work,” or “Travel.” If your eSIM doesn’t show the product name you recognize, it may simply be listed under one of these labels.
  • You have multiple eSIMs installed If you’ve installed more than one eSIM on your device, they may look similar. This can make it difficult to identify which one is your newly added eSIMNum plan.
  • The eSIM was removed or deleted by mistake If the eSIM was deleted from your device, it will no longer show up in your cellular settings — even if you purchased it successfully.

What you can do

  • Check Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data and look for any eSIMs with labels you don’t recognize.
  • Tap into each plan to confirm details like network name, data usage, or enabled data roaming.
  • Check your app or account to match the activation details with what’s on your device.
  • If the eSIM was deleted, you will need to install a new one (reinstalling the same eSIM is not supported).

If you still can’t identify your eSIM plan, please contact our support team — we’re always happy to assist.
