How do I verify if my eSIMNum plan is working?

Your eSIMNum should activate instantly once you’ve completed the activation steps. To check if your eSIMNum plan is working, follow these steps:

  1. Enable the eSIM on your device
    1. Go to your mobile device settings and make sure your eSIMNum is turned on.
  2. Check Data Roaming
    1. Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for your eSIMNum.
    2. Dual SIM devices: you can leave your primary SIM active but disable its Data Roaming.
    3. Single SIM devices: deactivate your primary SIM entirely and use only the eSIMNum.
  3. (Android only) Verify APN Settings
    1. Go to Mobile Network settings → Access Point Names (APN).
    2. If the eSIMNum APN is present, your plan should be ready to use.
