How do I verify if my eSIMNum plan is working?
Your eSIMNum should activate instantly once you’ve completed the activation steps. To check if your eSIMNum plan is working, follow these steps:
- Enable the eSIM on your device
- Go to your mobile device settings and make sure your eSIMNum is turned on.
- Check Data Roaming
- Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for your eSIMNum.
- Dual SIM devices: you can leave your primary SIM active but disable its Data Roaming.
- Single SIM devices: deactivate your primary SIM entirely and use only the eSIMNum.
- (Android only) Verify APN Settings
- Go to Mobile Network settings → Access Point Names (APN).
- If the eSIMNum APN is present, your plan should be ready to use.
