How to set up APN settings?

How to set up APN settings?

APN (Access Point Name) tells your device how to connect to the mobile data network. Some eSIMNum plans require manual APN configuration to access mobile data.

iOS Devices (iPhone)

  1. Open Cellular Settings Go to Settings > Cellular, then select your installed eSIMNum line.
  2. Access APN Settings Tap Cellular Data Network.
  3. Enter APN Information In the APN field, enter the APN provided by eSIMNum (all lowercase, no spaces, e.g., eSIMNum). Leave all other fields blank.
  4. Save and Apply Go back to settings. If your device does not connect immediately, restart your iPhone to apply the new settings.

Android Devices

  1. Open Network Settings Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections) > Mobile Network.
  2. Access APN Settings Select Access Point Names.
  3. Add a New APN Tap Add (+) and enter the APN provided by eSIMNum (e.g., eSIMNum). Leave all other fields blank.
  4. Save and Select APN Save the new APN and select it as the default mobile data line. Restart your device if the network does not connect immediately.

Google Pixel Devices

  1. Open Network Settings Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Your eSIM.
  2. Access APN Settings Select Access Point Names > Add.
  3. Enter APN Information In the APN field, enter the eSIMNum APN (e.g., eSIMNum). Leave all other fields blank.
  4. Save and Enable APN Save the APN and set it as your default mobile data line. Restart your Pixel if it does not connect immediately.

Tips

  • If your eSIMNum plan supports automatic configuration, no manual APN setup is needed.
  • Make sure to enter the APN exactly as provided, including lowercase letters and no spaces.
  • If you are unsure about your APN settings or the network does not connect, contact eSIMNum Support for assistance.
