Can I transfer my eSIM to a new device?

You can transfer your eSIMNum only if it has not been activated yet. Once the eSIM is installed or activated on a device, it is locked to that device and cannot be moved to another one.

Unlike physical SIM cards—which you can remove and insert into any phone—an eSIM is a digital SIM profile that becomes tied to the first device where it is activated. Because of this, it cannot be reinstalled, reused, or transferred after activation.

If you have not yet installed your eSIM and want to use it on another device, simply install it on the new device instead.
