Can I use personal hotspot (tethering)?

Yes, you can use personal hotspot with your eSIMNum plan, as long as your device and the local network support tethering. Please follow the steps below based on your device type.

Using Personal Hotspot on iOS (iPhone / iPad)

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Personal Hotspot.
3. Enable Allow Others to Join.

If your eSIMNum plan requires a manual APN configuration, you must also set the APN for the hotspot:

1. Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data.
2. Select your eSIMNum plan.
3. Tap Cellular / Mobile Data Network.
4. Under Personal Hotspot, enter the APN exactly as shown in your eSIM installation details.
5. Leave Username and Password blank.

Using Personal Hotspot on Android

(Steps may vary depending on device model.)

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Network & Internet.
3. Select Hotspot & Tethering.
4. Tap Wi-Fi Hotspot and turn it on.
